Good Neighbor Foundation Homeownership Center is a nonprofit, HUD Approved Housing comprehensive housing counseling agency. We provide education workshops and a full spectrum of housing counseling including Pre-Purchase/ Homebuying (PPC), Resolving/Preventing Forward Mortgage Delinquency/Default (RFC), Non-Delinquency Post-Purchase (NDC), Rental Topics (RTC), Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Education Workshop (PPW), Disaster Preparedness Assistance (DPC), and Disaster Recovery Assistance (DRC).
