About Good Neighbor Foundation Homeownership Center
The Good Neighbor Foundation Homeownership Center is a HUD Approved non-profit agency. GNF provides Resources, Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention, Rental, Fair Housing, Financial, Homeless and Credit Counseling. We’re certified to provide courses like Pre/Post Purchase Homebuyer Education Course. Our Homebuyer Education Courses meet the requirements for THDA, The Housing Fund, Welcome Home, USDA-RD, FHA and other down payment assistance programs.
